Projects and Business Analyst - HRSS
**About the Role** - HRSS Projects and Business Analyst owns and runs process improvement and business projects for the rest of HRSS. - They must understand team performance metrics and working closely with the HRSS Team Leads, SMEs, and stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives. - Responsible for helping roll out key business projects from the program team and coordinating with the different project team members to drive completion. - Collaborate with HRSS Team Leads on small—and large-scale projects and effectively prioritize projects based on their criticality and impact on the overall business. - Assist the leadership team with business reporting needs, such as completing business presentations like the MBR and QBR and running tactical discussions. - Able to support ticket queues if and when needed. **What you will do:** - Proactively and independently collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners. - Support the HRSD Program Team in rolling out critical projects and initiatives. - Run and own process improvement projects end-to-end - Presenting business performance metrics (MBR, QBR, etc) to the program, partners, and stakeholders. - Submit enhancement tickets and monitor their completion. - Facilitating business meetings with HRSS Leadership - Complete business reporting and other administrative work as assigned. **Basic Qualifications** - Fluently communicate in both English and Spanish (C1+) - 1+ year of experience in an HR-related field is a plus - Prior experience in technical troubleshooting - Robust data analysis, information processing, and presentation skills using spreadsheets with formulas and SQL - Strong stakeholder management skills - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Creative and resourceful thinking. - Business aptitude and big-picture thinking. - Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kayzen, and Business Process Management. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience as a process expert in HR or HRSS We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
