Join Ventia’s dynamic team as a Projects & Innovation Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Plant, Logistics & Property operations.
In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll drive innovation initiatives that optimise processes, enhance sustainability efforts, and track the evolving technology roadmap.
You’ll work closely with the Project & Innovation lead to foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture while contributing to enterprise-wide decisions that champion safety, sustainability, and digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to champion change, build strong partnerships, and shape the future of service excellence.
For applicants in South Australia, the role is based at our North Plympton office. We also welcome applications from candidates in other states.

Key responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Support on-time project delivery, meeting key deliverables and applying effective change management. Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives, while tracking and supporting the technology roadmap. Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture with the Project & Innovation lead across the Group and Sectors. Contribute to enterprise-wide decision-making, promoting Ventia’s values of Integrity, Collaboration, Challenge, and Ingenuity. Champion the implementation of the light vehicle strategy by collaborating with the Plant and Sustainability Teams to drive change throughout the business.
Skill and Experience:
Digital & Agile Competency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (including Planner and Teams), with a proactive approach to exploring and implementing new tools. Experience with ERP systems like SAP (asset and finance functions) is a plus. Prioritisation & Problem-Solving: Strong track record of managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results under pressure. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and successful outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and clear information sharing.
