The Opportunity
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time 1 FTE Hours of Work:0800-1600
Wages:$72,792.56-$101,119.37
Reporting to the Director of Capital Management and Maintenance, the project manager serves as the driving force behind the organization's capital projects, overseeing every aspect from pre-construction to completion. The Project Management ensures that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities encompass project startup, contract management, and the supervision of complex projects, including renovations, expansions, and new construction. As part of the management team, the project manager will also be added to the maintenance on-call rotation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a construction-related field (Construction, Engineering, Architecture, etc.)5-10 years of experience in Project Management roles with experience managing medium – large scale construction projects ($50 million+) of commercial, industrial, or intuitional buildingsValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English, Track record of successfully managing large projects involving engineering, procurement, and constructionSkills, and Knowledge
