Für unseren Standort in Wuppertal in der Wasserlackfabrik suchen wir einen

Projektingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Investition und Modernisierung

Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die verfahrenstechnische Auslegung neu zu planender Anlagen sowie ergänzender Teilbereiche, inklusive deren Spezifikation und Berechnung

Zuständigkeit für die Erstellung von R&I, PFD, Basic Data Report, Prozessbeschreibungen und Lasten- und Pflichtenheften

Entwurf der Anlagen-Layouts mit Hilfe von 2D und 3D Systeme (PDMS, Auto Cad etc)  Programmen

Sicherstellung der Projektziele in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Termine, Kosten und Qualität

Führung und Koordination von Projektteams und Leitung von Projektbesprechungen von der Projektdefinition über die Planung und den Bau bis hin zur Anlagenübergabe an den Betreiber

Verantwortung für Durchführung von Kostenkalkulationen sowie Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Kosten

Erarbeitung der Beschaffungsstrategie, Umfangsdefinition, Angebotsklärung, technische Angebotsauswertung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Einkaufsabteilung

Verantwortlich für Endkontrolle und Abnahme des Projekts bis zur Übergabe des Projekts an den Betrieb inkl. Nachbetreuung der projektbezogenen Reklamationsbearbeitung

Überwachung der Einhaltung geltender Normen, Praktiken und interner Leistungsstandards und Spezifikationen

Ist beteiligt bei der Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen und verantwortlich für die Projekt- und Anlagendokumentation

Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Leitung des „Management of Change“ sowie des Qualitätssicherungsprozesses der zu errichtenden Anlage

Qualifikation/Profil  

​Fundierte technische Ausbildung (Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss oder vergleichbar) in Elektrotechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Chemietechnik

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Anlagenbau bevorzugt im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung

Projektmanagementerfahrung im Bereich Chemieanlagenbau

Erfahrung mit gängigen CAD-Programmen

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Offenheit für neue Aufgaben, Selbständigkeit

Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Office-Software

We are currently looking for a Project Engineering Lead to join us at our facility in Wuppertal.

Key responsibilities:

This person would be responsible for the process engineering design of new plants to be planned as well as supplementary sub-areas, including their specification and calculation

Responsible for the preparation of R&I, PFD, Basic Data Report, process descriptions and requirement and functional specifications

Designs plant layouts using 2D and 3D systems (PDMS, Auto Cad etc) programs

Ensuring project objectives in terms of safety, deadlines, costs and quality

Leading and coordinating project teams and leading project meetings from project definition to planning and construction to plant handover to the operator

Responsible for carrying out cost calculations and ensuring compliance with costs

Not overflow budget

Development of the procurement strategy, definition of scope, clarification of offers, technical evaluation of offers in cooperation with the purchasing department

Responsible for final inspection and acceptance of the project up to the handover of the project to the company, including follow-up support of project-related complaint processing

Monitor compliance with applicable norms, practices, and internal performance standards and specifications

Is involved in the commissioning of the plants and is responsible for the project and plant documentation

Conducts risk assessments and leads the management of change as well as the quality assurance process of the plant to be built

Key requirements

Sound technical education (bachelor's or master's degree or comparable) in chemical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering

Experience in project management in plant engineering preferred

Project management experience in the field of chemical plant construction

Experience with common CAD programs

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Ability to work in a team, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, openness to new tasks, independence

Good knowledge of the use of office software
