Then come and join our global team as Project Manager (f/m/d) Product Lifecycle Management to ensure the monitoring and development of our Computed Tomography (CT) image post-processing applications for the installed base.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

As Project Manager (f/m/d) for Product Lifecycle Management, you will be the central point of contact for R&D regarding all CT post-processing applications and their delivery to management of the installed baseYou will coordinate the entire roll-out planning and product phase-out / end-of-life planning in close collaboration with Product ManagementYou will act as the interface with Customer Service and will be responsible for promoting collaboration with our service organizationsYou will initiate and facilitate regular Installed Base Jour Fixe meetings, where you and your stakeholders will focus on monitoring, hot site management, security, safety, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management for CT application deliveries to different target productsYou will drive the operational excellence KPIs for the Product Care Phase (PCP)You will support product management in monitoring relevant business KPIs and ensure full transparencyYou will drive the continuous improvement of the PCP process in collaboration with the Service Package Project Lead

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a technical degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or another relevant field.You are eager to contribute many years of project management experience in software development (PLM) and software processes, particularly in collaboration with SCM, service organisations, etc., ideally within the healthcare environmentYou have extensive experience and expertise in defining and monitoring product and business KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making regarding product performance and customer satisfactionIdeally, you also have a proven track record in installed base / product lifecycle management monitoring as well as strong experience in change management, particularly in the context of installed base evolution and enhancement
