Projet Administrator
Responsibilities

Motivated professional to manage projects working with internal and external stakeholders to provide support in maintaining business critical information. Analytical thinking skills necessary to manage procurement projects related to Customs, Insurance Certification, Regulatory Compliance and other areas to maintain business compliance.
Qualified candidate will report to our Mexico City Service Center Team Lead.

This will be a demanding, high-intensity role involving both internal and external visibility with our procurement partners.

Maintaining professionalism and exercising integrity in handling highly confidential information always is a necessity.

Rapid pace, time-sensitive projects, and constantly shifting priorities will require a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, agility, and the ability to independently take ownership of situations showing the judgement to move forward without specific instruction.

Candidate must demonstrate ability to effectively plan, schedule, and organize.

Candidate must show strong attention to detail and possess exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsabilities:
• Following procedures for requesting and recording external supplier information needed for compliance
• Managing and coordinating the flow of documents and information related to the projects
• Managing open action items register, including proactively following up on action to ensure completeness.
• Organizing Team group meetings if internal stakeholder input is required
• Preparing documents and presentations for project status updates
• Preparation of pre-reads, agendas, meeting minutes, action items, regarding project work.
• Supporting project teams as requested
• Working in conjunction with other internal / external stakeholders to meet project timelines

Qualifications

Education:
Minimum 2 year College degree required.
