Promotion Creative D/W Analyst III
Key Responsibilities: + Design Creation: Develop high-quality designs for digital and print marketing materials, ensuring brand representation and aesthetic appeal. + Mockups: Create mockups to clearly communicate design concepts. + Problem-Solving: Address design challenges creatively while balancing project requirements and marketing goals. + Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas. + Quality Design: Refine designs based on feedback from team members and managers. + Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design projects. + Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to translate complex legal messaging into engaging visuals. Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's Degree holder. + Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer. Candidates with experience in corporate branding are ideal. + Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other design software. In-depth Adobe Creative Suite experience - who can create layouts or artworks from scratch. The candidate can create vectors, animations, and videos. + Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Works presented in the portfolio need to be created in Adobe. + Creativity: Ability to generate innovative design concepts and solutions. + Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in a team environment. + Knowledge of Trends: Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. + Presentation Skills: Experience creating PowerPoint presentations. + Motion Graphics: Proficiency in creating motion graphics. + Video Editing: Skills in video editing. + Culture Fit: Has experience working with Americans or a deep understanding of the American culture and legal tech industry. + Exam: All exams need to be created in Adobe. + Schedule: 9 pm to 5 am PH daily, US holiday, mandatory 2x work from the office per month + Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues.
