Description Growing Company in North San Antonio is hiring a Promotions Analyst to start immediately for an assignment that offers a great environment. On a daily basis the Promotions Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following job duties and requirements. Receiving analyzing and processing promotional contracts to manage the trade strategy and trend and span. • Support the Sales department by managing promotional contracts and analyzing their performance by the customer variety, product, etc. • Provide ongoing analysis of sales forecast and promotional spending to provide insights that will help formulate production needs and Finance P& L development the budget, develop strategic sales plans. • Investigate and respond to internal, client and broker requests on a timely manner. • Strong communication and collaboration Sales Team, Sales Managers and Brokers. • Entering on promotions in the system • Trade spend forecasting • Pre and Post analysis of the promotions • Reinvent the promotions process to ensure minimize or eliminate issues and streamline of the promotions • Review promotions performance and provide recommendation for future activity for sales Division Sales Managers • High competency in Microsoft Excel, Great Plains or similar ERP system • Utilize multiple data sources to gather information and quickly identify business opportunities and gaps. Software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Great Plains Position Requirements Education: Business Administration or business discipline Degree: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is highly preferred.
