Key Responsibilities\rDevelop concepts for radio promotions, in collaboration with internal teams, i.e. content, sales and digital departmentsEnsure project timelines and deliveryDraft presentation materialsEnsure that web text, audio and visual production works properlyReserve contests and other web components of promotionsManage pricing, draft rules and regulations Write and compile post-promotional reports and documents (participants, web stats)Complete broadcast contracts and inventory reservationAttend major Milestone Ensure proper management, ordering and follow-ups for promotional materialsContact winnersManage purchasing budgets for various projectsBuild and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and internal teamsImplement tools to improve time management, efficiency and promotional inventory managementConsistent with our brands and objectives, submit creative ideas that will build audience loyalty and reach new audiences with promotional strategies on-air, social and in the fieldWith great ease, the person must: \rWrite and coordinate a promotions planParticipate in project budget managementFind suppliers and negotiate products and services according to a projectPerform various administrative tasks Skills Preferred Qualifications\r2 years experience in a job related role; B.S. in communications, administration or marketing, and/or digital related Energetic, resourceful and organizedAbility to meet deadlines, manage priorities and be extremely detail orientedCreativity and ability to work in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood resistance to stress and job under pressureGood autonomy and sense of responsibilityAbility to drive cases simultaneously with multiple stakeholdersMedia background/interest is an assetExcellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Facebook manager, project management software, Canva (or other presentation software)Media or advertising agency experience (an asset)
