Position Summary
Job PurposeSupport the development Promotions and Sellout Enhancement Services (i.e. innovative services, activities and promotions with the goal of creating differentiation, increasing loyalty, and boosting sales capacity), through a mix of data-driven marketing and commercial / business development approach, in order to boost sales while increasing customer retention.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Make market analysis and market benchmark for all services in portfolio which include but are not limited to: financing services (finanziamenti / dilazione di pagamento), affordability services (trade in / used devices market), insurances, operazioni a premio, concorsi a premio, vouchers and vendite abbinateSupport the development of all services in portfolio including marketing and communication materialsPrepare internal briefings for all services in portfolio for all involved departmentsHandle new vendor scouting, selection and onboarding to deliver new services.Be a reference point for all services in portfolio to main stakeholders such as Sales team, Finance team, Legal team and Service teamSupport in monitoring the ongoing promotional initiativesSkills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Student in Economics, Maketing or Management in the final semester of the Master’s Degree
Professional Background: no need, maybe one internship already handled with success
Computer Knowledge: Good skills of main office automation software and market analysis tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.
Others: willing to work and learn new things
