What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with product and data science teams to craft high quality prompts

Create and maintain a set of test prompts and responses for generative AI, evaluating results for quality and accuracy

Review and score large language model outputs based on safety, cohesiveness and applicability

Establish safeguards to mitigate malicious activity and prevent offensive outputs and harmful biases

Conduct user research to refine prompts and improve generative AI performance

Ideal Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Communications, information technology or equivalent combination of education and experience

Hands-on experience with prompt management workflows, including creation, testing, version control, and optimization using tools like AWS Bedrock, LangSmith, and other orchestration frameworks

Proven ability to edit and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and tone

Ability to design prompts and find creative ways to exercise generative AI systems

Experience in natural language processing and prompt authoring using tools such as ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini

Ability to develop automations in Java, Groovy, Javascript or Typescript

Experience using tools such as JIRA and familiarity with the software development lifecycle

Nice to Have:

Experience with marketing automation software and content management

Experience with data driven marketing, analytics and business intelligence
