The Proofreading Coordinator, Labeling will verify labeling against input documents and labeling artwork against master mark-up.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute labeling verification activities by proofreading labeling against input documents, master mark-up (e.g., redlines) and specification for implementation accuracy and formatting (e.g., layout and typeface) based on labeling process and procedures
• Execute improvement tasks and solutions identified by management
• Participate in process improvements activities

• Support implementation of labeling into production (e.g. PLM, ERP)
• Other incidental duties

Minimum Qualification:
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• One (1) year of relevant experience in (editing, proofreading, documentation, labeling, etc)

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must pass visual acuity evaluation
• Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
• Basic knowledge and understanding of applicable processes and procedures
• Ability to sustain focus on repetitive tasks
• Ability to work efficiently within schedule deadlines
• Strict attention to detail
• Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group
• Ability to build stable working relationships internally
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $42,000 to $57,000 (highly experienced).
