Description We are welcoming a Property Accountant to our team in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Property Accountant, you will be tasked with managing property accounting processes, ensuring accurate account records, and handling related customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Efficiently carry out full cycle property accounting for each property • Maintain precision in customer credit records • Effectively handle month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations • Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions as required • Manage and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Billing • Utilize MRI Software for property accounting tasks • Conduct Cam Reconciliation as part of the property accounting process. Requirements • Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Property Accountant or similar role in the relevant field. • Expertise in Property Accounting is a must. • Proficiency in using MRI Software for accounting purposes. • Solid understanding and experience of Cam Reconciliation. • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
