Description Our client, a boutique real estate investment & development firm, is currently seeking a Property Accountant to manage a diverse commercial portfolio. The company has expanded its assets under management in NYC, with a strong offering in the art, design, and technology space. This is an exciting role with a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient operations. The Property Accountant will oversee the full accounting cycle, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, general ledger reconciliations, and monthly closing procedures. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will also provide essential financial insights, assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and variance analysis for the assigned properties.
