Responsibilities Related is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the leasing process for our luxury rental property in West Palm Beach, FL! The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Building Information: Located in the heart of The Square, 575 Rosemary is a 21-story mixed-use property featuring luxury rental residences and 35,900 square feet of best-in-class office space. With 360 state-of-the-art-rental residences and an amenities package boasting an outdoor sundeck with resort-style pool, grills, indoor-outdoor dining, yoga studio and fitness center plus entertainment lounge and reserve-able party spaces, 575 is destined to become West Palm’s premier luxury residential property. Key Responsibilities include: Manage and organize lease documentation for residential and commercial properties. Ensure accuracy and completeness of lease agreements, including terms, conditions, and supporting documents. Tenant Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the leasing process. Facilitate communication between tenants, property managers, and leasing agents. Application Processing: Review and process lease applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with leasing agents to gather necessary information for application approvals. Database Management: Maintain and update leasing databases and management systems. Generate reports and provide insights on leasing performance as needed. Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, including legal, finance, and property management, to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements. Schedule and organize property tours and inspections as required. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to leasing activities. Assist in the preparation of lease-related documents, amendments, and renewals. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive properties, and industry best practices. Provide input on pricing strategies and leasing promotions. Possession of an active Real Estate License (required) or a willingness to obtain one promptly upon hiring. Proven experience in lease administration or property management. Strong knowledge of leasing processes, real estate terminology, and relevant regulations. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
