Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our client's team and provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to property owners, tenants, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Support: Maintain property files, lease documents, and tenant correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Tenant Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
+ Work Orders: Coordinate and track work orders, maintenance requests, and vendor services, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
+ Lease Management: Assist with lease administration, including preparing renewal documents, tracking expirations, and updating records.
+ Financial Coordination: Process invoices, assist with accounts receivable/payable, and support property managers in budget preparation.
+ Property Inspections: Coordinate routine inspections and maintain records of findings and follow-up actions.
+ Vendor Management: Communicate with contractors and vendors, ensuring services are delivered as per agreements and standards.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and property management policies.
+ Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular property and financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support.
+ Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Customer service-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
+ Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
+ Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
