We are looking for a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our retail team at Yorkdale Shopping Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Administration team with collections, as well as providing overall support to the Property Management team.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
Accounts Receivable: updating/creating analysis for accounts receivable balances, rent collection, weekly reporting on status of AR,Daily deposit reconciliationLease/License set-up in JDE in a timely mannerPrepare and send tenant & customer billingsSend monthly rental noticesPrepare and send demand & default noticesAssisting with preparing year-end packagesAssisting with annual rental noticesAssisting with monthly accrualsAssisting with head office inquiries and audit requestsAssist with filing electronic information and updating various trackersProviding coverage for absent team membersAdditional administration duties as requiredTo succeed in this role, you:
Have 1-3 years' experience in shopping centre administration, with a focus on accounts receivable, lease administration, accounting, credit and collectionsHave a post-secondary education in a related fieldHave excellent communication skills and high attention to detailThrive in a fast paced, high volume work environment that constantly evolves and adapts.Embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environmentAre driven to achieve results and continuously strive to deliver the highest performance through creative thinkingOxford's purpose is to strengthen economies and communities through real estate.
