Property Administrator
Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our team in West Los Angeles. Previous experience in residential and property management is required. This role is onsite Monday through Friday from 8-5 and will last through the end of April, possibly longer as this is covering for a leave. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process tenant applications • Maintain precise records of each tenant • Resolve tenant inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor tenant accounts and initiate appropriate actions • Handle both electronic and manual bookkeeping functions • Coordinate maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of the property as needed • Manage daily operations, site staff, and vendors • Purchase necessary supplies and equipment for the property • Prepare and forward periodic inventory of building contents and property condition • Assist with eviction of tenants in compliance with court orders • Respond to emergency calls and situations as required • Communicate and interact with residents individually or in groups as needed • Travel frequently to outlying facilities in the performance of regular duties Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems to effectively manage financial data. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services to ensure smooth financial operations. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and interactions. • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for efficient business process management. • Familiarity with Management System to oversee and coordinate all operations. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments. • Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate income records. • Experience in Billing Functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. • Knowledge of Budget Processes to plan and control financial resources effectively. • Proficiency in Yardi for efficient property management and real estate management. • Experience with Yardi Property Management to ensure optimal usage of property resources. • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Familiarity with Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) to assist in the development of affordable housing.
