**Job Title** Property Administrator **Job Description Summary** Provide quality property administrative services for commercial properties. The property administrator pro-actively anticipates the needs of the client so a solution can be offered before being requested, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of the client. **Job Description** + Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor. + Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. + Answers Reservoir (client system) main phone number + Administrative tasks for customers (i.e.: Copies) + Concierge: attractions, restaurants and hotels + Routine correspondence for any inquires on the Reservoir Website + Act as liaison for property building management and coordinate needs + Vendor/client employee liaison for daily operations and special events + Post event feedback from clients and workplans to improve + Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring and issuing visitor access + Assist with meeting and event scheduling, detail and coordination Accept and log deliveries. + Parking — validation of daily passes + Coordinate daily catering — Coffee area + Ordering supplies + Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts and approved invoices. Assist in bidding process and assist Facilities Manager(s) in their efforts to ensure compliance with C&W's policies and procedures Prepare and code invoices for Property Manager's approval + Track and file contracts and insurance certificates; maintain follow-up system for expirations Monitor and maintain the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for Facility Manager on status of tenant work orders + Maintain the property purchase order system + Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
