Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator for a distinguished client in the commercial real estate industry. In this key role, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
+ Assist in the preparation of property budgets, monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and reconciliations.
+ Manage accounts receivable activities, including tracking tenant payments, preparing invoices, and following up on outstanding balances.
+ Coordinate property maintenance and vendor services, including scheduling repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Maintain accurate records of tenant leases, insurance certificates, contact information, and other documentation.
+ Support the preparation and execution of lease agreements, renewals, and tenant improvement projects.
+ Communicate with contractors, vendors, and building personnel to ensure services and projects are completed on schedule.
+ Assist in overseeing property operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
+ Monitor and order property supplies and coordinate with management to ensure proper inventory controls.
Requirements
+ Experience: 2+ years of experience in property administration, real estate, or a similar role in commercial property management.
+ Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
+ Technical Proficiency: Proficient with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or Building Engines) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
+ Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
+ Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in preparing reports and maintaining financial records.
+ Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying and resolving tenant and operational issues.
