Property Analyst
**Purpose:** Administers property control program activities to ensure continual accountability of government and company property book items governed by US Army in accordance with applicable government regulations or corporate policy. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Conducts Property Book Sensitive/Cyclic/Special inventories, to include Change-of-Hand-Receipt and Annual Property Book Hand Receipt inventories + Processes Property Book Administrative Adjust Reports, Property Book Lateral Transfers, Property Book Temporary Hand-Receipts, Property Book Discrepancy Reports + Maintains and posts Property Book transactions to an automated Property Book system (AMRO) for accounting of Class II, IV & VII, organizational and company-owned supplies, and equipment. + Gathers Property Book information for submission to support daily, weekly, and monthly Property Book reports sent to Property Book Officer/Logistics Manager + Mentors and trains Property Book personnel and Hand-Receipt-Holders on the OnPoint system, Property Book accountability policies, processes, procedures, and Property Book warehouse practices + Schedules and performs preventive and organizational maintenance on government furnished property and materials using maintenance support documents + Orders, receives, stores, inspects, load/unload, maintains and issues supplies and Property Book equipment to support daily operations. + Assists in Property Book (Major End-Items NOT repair parts) accountability records. Determines condition of material and equipment. Arranges disposal when necessary. + Maintains accountability of government furnished property assigned to the directorate/department in accordance with requirements of the Federal Acquisitions Regulation. + Locates and acquires standard and nonstandard equipment and property book items through military and nonmilitary supply sources, + Maintains property book files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System. + Establishes and maintains Property Book primary hand receipts and sub-hand receipts as required. + Prepares and processes property loss reports and statement of charges on lost, destroyed, or damaged equipment (LTDD). + Assists in resolving property book inventory and/or system problems. + Generates reports as directed. + Duties may vary dependent on assigned department. + Ensures strict compliance to safety practices and support the Safety Policies and Procedures. + Instills a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. + Adheres to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of Quality Management System. + Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested. **Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** **Education:** + High School diploma or equivalent required. **Experience:** + 3-5 years’ experience working in Property Book inventory or property accountability is required. + US Army MOS 92Y (Property Book). + Must have knowledge of the FAR **Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** + Must have knowledge of the DA PAM 710-2-1 Unit Supply System, AR 710-2 Supply Policy Below the National Level and AR 735-5 Property Accountability Policies. + Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite and related applications. + Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated with little or no supervision. + Must have high-level of organizational and planning skills. + Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written. + Must have strong organizational and planning skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + MHE Experience preferred. + International driver’s license prior to deployment preferred. **Certification, License & Clearance:** + Valid US Driver’s license required. + US Citizenship required. + Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a CAC, if required. **Facility credentials/authorization required** : Must be able to obtain and maintain facility and credential /authorization: Note- US Citizenship is required for facility credential/authorization at this work location. **Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:** + Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively. + Must be able to lift 50lbs. + Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures. + Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. + When performing work, responsible for adhering to environmental, safety, and health standards related to the activity, including the wearing of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Other Responsibilities:** Safety – Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
