The primary purpose of this role is to manage the assessment of high frequency domestic and commercial claims.
You'll be responsible for:
Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles. Maintain a timely delivery of claims outcomes of a portfolio of property claims which meet or exceed the customer expectations throughout the life of a claim. Liaise with claimants, repairers and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision making and life of claim outcomes. Improve property assessing performance via effective management of average property related incurred costs across internally assessed claims through appropriate use of suppliers and repairers supported by proper application of the policy terms and conditions. Maintain a productive work environment though appropriate planning and workflow management.
Important to your success:
Experience of working in a customer service role. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions. Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
