Shift: M-F 8AM - 2PM

30 hours per week

The Property Assistant supports the Property Manager and other site staff to provide seamless customer service to the residents and board members.

\n

\n

Essential functions:

\n\nDraft communications and documents for management, residents, and board members\nOn site during work shift\nManages on-going, incoming communications\nMaintains condominium documents; contracts, regulations, phasing, violations, and all related correspondence\nProvides administrative and customer support to Property Manager including; coordination of monthly meetings, facilitating maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and unit owner requests\nProvides administrative support to residents during the sale and/or refinancing of unit(s) and modification requests/approvals\nBusiness partner to Property Managers and board of directors, advocate for residents\nDatabase management for property\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements

Background, Skills, and Abilities

\n\nSimilar experience in a fast-paced environment and a\nTwo-year degree preferred\nStrong communication skills (both written and oral)\nHigh levels of attention to detail, initiative, accountability, and adaptability\nMust be able to meet deadlines and multi-task\nMust be able to build strong relationships at all levels: team members, site staff, residents, and board members\nStrong Microsoft Office skills and experience in property management databases would be a plus\nMust be able to pass a drug test\n
