The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared Property Book Administrator to support an Army client at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role is responsible for control of government and contractor-acquired property, to include the collection and tracking of operational data to maintain inventory records and oversee the transfer or disposition of such under government regulations.
Responsibilities: -
Maintain property records and perform property functions using your expertise in the use of Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).Manage government property control and ensure consumable supplies are maintained to provide constant support to the PM.Update government and corporate property hand-receipts with asset location changes immediately. -You will prepare all requests, DRMO/S turn-ins, and hand receipt transfers following corporate policies and governing regulations.You will complete DA Form 2062 and DD Forms 1149, 1348, and 2765 for the processing of Government Property.Maintain 100% accountability over inventories of all Product Managers' assets via either 100% annual inventory or quarterly sensitive item inventories.Serve as the primary accountable representative for ensuring that shipments of all PM assets are tracked lawfully and in compliance with Army Regulations. You will develop plans and projects, determine needs, investigate and resolve problems, and interface with PM and PEO logisticians.Assist in developing, executing, and managing the Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL) and Installation Property Accountability policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Contribute to accountability SOPs for daily operations. Receives, inspects, inventories, stores, issues, and delivers supplies and equipment and maintains automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment, ensuring the turn-in of excess equipment for the PM.Provide technical assistance and guidance to the PM’s personnel to include all hand receipt holders on issues and turn-ins and facilitates Hand Receipt Changeovers for the PMAssist GFE Property Manager in day-to-day operations while providing oversight of property book and hand receipt accountability using property accounting system for all assigned GFE Property.Assist in establishing Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) accounts, loading property, and maintaining an accountability process for property once entered to DPAS.Establish quality and administrative procedures for property management documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Oversees document flow through the Property Book Office and analyzes automated system reports to resolve errors and provide guidance. Continuously evaluates the property accounting system to ensure complete and accurate data.Assist the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government Property Administrator (PA) with management of Government Furnished Property (GFP) to include inventory and inspection support.Qualifications: Required:
An active DoD Secret clearance.A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience or an associate's Degree and 7 years of experience, or 9 years overall experience.Experience providing logistics and property support to US Army PEOs and PM Shops.DPAS Property Administrator Certification; GCSS-Army Unit Supply CertificationPreferred:
Degree in Operations management, supply chain management, or related degreeKnowledge of and access to GCSS-Army, DPAS, and PIEEDPAS Certifications in other property modulesDAU CIND 001 Industrial Contract Property Management Credential

The proposed salary range for this position is:
