We’re looking for a skilled Claims Officer to join our dynamic Commercial Property Claims team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional claims service, analysing policy coverage, and expertly managing the investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of a variety of cases. Your new role

Stay up to date with insurance guidelines and policy changes, ensuring compliance.

Resolve non-compliant issues and escalate when necessary to maintain standards.

Build strong client relationships, responding to requests promptly and professionally.

Process property claims, determine coverage, and ensure accurate settlements.

Set reserves, authorise payments, and efficiently manage claim resolutions.

Identify and report suspicious claims, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

About you

Previous claims officer experience – Commercial Property Claims experience is highly advantageous

An insurance background where you have provided a world class customer service experience and have shown passion to grow and develop into a property insurance professional

A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands

A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional

Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
