Description
As the Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing property-related projects and initiatives within an organization. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of property projects, such as renovations, repairs, or maintenance. The individual in this role collaborates with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. This role involves the development of project plans, allocating resources, monitoring project progress, and periodic reporting to meet objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project budgets, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary responsibilities include
The incumbent is responsible for project planning and execution, which includes solving a range of straightforward problems that pertain to developing project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables for property related projects.The incumbent is responsible for stakeholder management, which includes maintaining regular communication and providing project updates to stakeholders.The incumbent understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish their work. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for budgeting and cost control, which includes monitoring project expenses and implementing cost control measures.The incumbent should be qualified to analyze and comment on architectural design and construction documents, have the ability to identify issues relative to building codes, to include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for accessibility guidelines,In addition to budgeting and cost control, the incumbent is responsible for quality assurance and compliance, which includes conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.The incumbent is responsible for team management and collaboration, which may include explaining information to others in straightforward terms, or leading and managing project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
