The Property team advises an elite and diverse client base, including: - Buyers and sellers of family homes, city pied-à-terre, country estates, and cottages. - Residential developers and commercial investors building real estate portfolios. - Landed estate owners with agricultural, residential, and commercial interests. - International clients seeking to acquire and manage real estate assets across jurisdictions. The team also provides strategic property advice, assisting clients with tax-efficient structures for holding real estate assets and managing acquisitions in foreign jurisdictions.
