Property Litigation Lawyer BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a Top 100 UK firm based in Bristol that is seeking to recruit an experienced commercial property litigation lawyer to join its highly regarded property litigation team. This is a friendly, collaborative and close knit team within a firm known for taking care of its lawyers. Flexible approach to home/office working letting you determine what works best for you. Full or part time (four days a week) applicants will be considered and flexible working options are accommodated. The role: This role will involve advising public and private sector clients on a wide and varied range of property-related disputes which include landlord and tenant and land and development matters as well as providing advisory support for transactional colleagues. Specifically, you may be involved in: - Commercial tenancy disputes relating to breach of covenants, service charge, forfeiture, dilapidations and rent reviews - Land-based disputes in respect of restrictive covenants, easements, trespass and claims for possession - Business tenancy renewals - Proceedings in the High Court, County Court and First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) About You: - Qualified Solicitor with 2-7 years' PQE - Commercially astute - Able to manage your own caseload - Able to supervise more junior team members (depending on level) - Experience of complex litigation - Experience of advising on the Building Safety Act, telecoms, and/or leasehold management work would be helpful, but is not essential - A strong academic background - A good teamwork ethic The Offering The successful Property Litigation Lawyer will be rewarded with: - A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - Strong partner support from experts in the field - Flexible, supportive and inclusive team environment - Genuine progression opportunities Apply Now!
