This position offers exposure to a diverse and high-quality client base, alongside intellectually stimulating work. The property litigation team works closely with the real estate and governance departments, providing a seamless service to clients ranging from registered providers and developers to private property portfolio holders, charities, and individual investors. This role involves handling a broad range of property disputes, including: - Landlord and Tenant Matters: Advising on housing management issues, possession proceedings, and tenancy disputes. - Real Estate Development Disputes: Handling cases involving easements, restrictive covenants, and overage disputes. - Contractual Disputes: Resolving conflicts relating to property contracts. - Residential Leasehold Matters: Advising on leasehold disputes, including service charge issues, a key growth area for the team.
