Camping World is seeking a Property Maintenance Associate for our growing team.
At Camping World, our Property Maintenance Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and safe work environment for associates and vendors.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain a clean and sanitary facility including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and warehouse
Mop clean or vacuum floors in lunchroom's, offices, and bathrooms
Stock paper supplies, soap in lunchroom's and bathrooms
Eliminate dust, dirt, and garbage from the facility
Empty trashcans and recycling cans throughout the facility
Must handle various chemicals and cleaning solvents
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:
High School diploma or equivalent required
One year of general custodial experience preferred
Self-driven with a sense of pride in maintaining strict expectation of cleanliness
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English is required
Capabilities to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
Pay Range:
