Responsibilities:
· Responds to tenant needs and coordinates with maintenance staff to resolve problems. Responds to all problems and concerns and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
· Interacts regularly with tenants and vendors to ensure that objectives are being met. Anticipates and responds to needs and concerns.
· Assists with the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports. Prepares delinquent reports and internal lease administration documents.
· Performs regular inspections of the property. Recommends and directs alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary.
· Assists with the collection of rent, payments, etc. in compliance with leasing terms and preparations of all notices. Follows up as needed.
· Assists with the maintenance of vendor and tenant certificates of insurance and processes work orders for both in house engineers and outside vendors.
· Handles all Property management office calls, directs callers to managers and or maintenance as appropriate. Addresses questions as applicable.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1 year of office/administrative work experience
· Proficient in Excel formulas
· Must have the ability to solve complex problems requiring the use of basic mathematical principles.
· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong human relation skills to develop positive service-oriented relationships between all respective departments.
