We are looking for a highly motivated professional, passionate about accounting, who wants to develop within a company with great potential for growth in real estate. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Property Management Financial Department, the purpose of this role is to control essential management aspects of one or several property management projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Management and Control of the budget, Opex and Capex, making provisions, monthly closing. + Budgeting and Service Charge set up to ensure the integrity of the information reported, billed and managed with the customer. + Posting of invoices in the system in a timely manner. Correctly classify the recoverable and non-recoverable expenses of the asset by carrying out the budget monitoring of each of the items of which the budget is composed. + Weekly bank reconciliations, making sure that everything is accounted for correctly. + Management of monthly payments. + Collaborate and carry out administrative tasks, both at the level of operating systems and external management (in front of official bodies, city councils, banks, compliance) + Support in the coordination of other departments to obtain the necessary information on financial management, reporting, correct application of procedures, as well as the coordination of the financial people assigned to the team/project. + Audit support. + Responsible for compliance with ISO and CBRE procedures. WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US? + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar. + Master’s degree is a plus. + Prior professional experience will be valued. + Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. + Knowledge of operating systems such as YARDI, SAP, TABLEAU is a plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English. Good comprehension and verbal communication in Spanish will be an advantage. + Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills. + Strong interpersonal skills, team player and positive attitude. + Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
