Responsibilities:
This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial and property management systems, and the ability to work on both strategic and hands-on tasks.
Projects assigned by the Department Director requiring administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities related to corporate-owned property and facilities management projects that will likely include the following:
• Business License Reconciliation – Assisting with field reconciliation projects to ensure business licenses are accurate and up to date.
• Lease & Rent Management – Tracking lease agreements, calculating rent commencement dates, and maintaining an international property portfolio.
• Financial & Systems Reconciliation – Ensuring accuracy in NNN reconciliations and property management systems.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM) Updates – Managing backflow and OWS PM schedules to ensure timely dispatch.
• Invoice & Shop Management – Reviewing and clearing outstanding invoices and coordinating pending shop openings for 2025.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or current Junior or Senior with 3.0 GPA or higherField of study in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or AccountingPreferred concentration in Commercial Real EstateMicrosoft Office proficient#LI-GL1
