Susquehanna is seeking a Property Management Workflow Coordinator to join our property management team. Reporting to the Global Property Manager, this role assists with day-to-day operations and support the U.S. Facilities team. Responsibilities include managing workflows, developing processes and ensuring effective communications between departments and stakeholders. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, strong project management skills, and critical thinking abilities.
In this role you will:
Assist in overseeing projects of various scopes and complexities.Assist in identifying necessary resources to meet team goals and help prioritize outstanding action items.Assist with properties-related requests, support vendor relationship management and help maintain regulatory compliance.Experience supporting interior design and offices remodel projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and staying within budget.Ability to maintain customer service focus while juggling multiple responsibilities and priorities. Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated to handle various tasks. The Individual will be empowered to make decisions with the guidance of the Global Property Manager.Identify and pursue opportunities to support employees and stakeholders within property management workflows.Assist in documenting responsibilities, improving efficiency and streamlining processes. Help evaluate current property management and facility processes and make recommendations for improvement.Identify training needs for end-users to increase efficiency and productivity.Contribute to developing policies, work instructions, and standards for operational processes.What we're looking for
