Property Manager
Job Title: Property Manager – 138-Unit Community | West Covina, CA We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 138-unit multifamily community located in West Covina, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence and exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and vendor management. + Lead, train, and motivate an on-site team to ensure optimal performance and a positive work environment. + Monitor and forecast occupancy trends; proactively implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize vacancy. + Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance reporting. + Analyze and manage property financials, including rent collections, expense control, and capital expenditure planning. + Utilize Yardi Voyager, YieldStar, and Microsoft Excel to manage operations, analyze data, and generate high-level reports. + Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally. + Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: + Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a third-party management environment. + Demonstrated experience in multifamily property management with a proven track record of driving occupancy and financial performance. + Strong financial acumen and proficiency in property management software including Yardi Voyager, YieldStar, and advanced Excel skills. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Strong administrative and organizational abilities, especially in meeting high-level reporting demands. + Exceptional leasing ability with a strategic mindset and keen attention to market trends. Preferred Qualifications: + CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or similar industry certification is a plus. + Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required).
