This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents. The schedule for this position includes; + 60 hours every two weeks + Full time, Day shift + No weekends! + Benefit Eligible **Job Duties:** + Provides leadership and supervision to staff + Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction + Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records + Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary + Understands the association governance and the sale process + Performs other duties as assigned and directed **Required Qualifications:** + Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date + three to five years of previous experience + Solid understanding of basic Microsoft applications + Ability to interact effectively with older adults **Preferred Qualifications:** + Associate's degree + five to ten years of previous experience **Benefit Overview** Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
