What you'll do as: Property Manager
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property/properties
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
- Oversee rent collection, lease enforcement, and move-in/move-out processes
- Schedule and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Maintain accurate records and documentation (leases, payments, work orders)
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or facilities coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic knowledge of property law, leasing, and fair housing regulations
- Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office
