About the position: We are seeking an experienced property manager with a background in rental units; apartments, townhomes, condos, etc. Experience managing 100+ units is ideal. This is an on-site opportunity that will report to a Regional Property Manager and oversee a small support staff of (2-3) employees composed of a leasing agent and maintenance technicians.
