Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Manage all aspects of assigned propertiesSchedule and oversee contract vendorsCollect receivable accounts and handle operating experience Address tenants concerns or issues in a timely mannerCollect rent and handle late payments when necessaryVisit sites on a regular basisClean units when neededOther duties required for a property manager to overseeProperty Manager Qualifications:
Property Management requiredSection 42 Experience requiredExperience with self-storage facilities a plusMust be able to type, stand, sit, walk, and lift as required throughout the dayHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's licenseApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
