Why you want this position: Starting wage: $25/hour, depending on experience Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Medical insurance IRA Retirement plan (with up to 3% match) Quarterly profit share Principle ancillary insurance Teladoc-Telehealth medicine (100% of monthly coverage employer paid)
Essential Functions and Duties: Advertise available units and help fill vacancies by reaching out to potential tenants Collect rental references for prospective tenants to ensure eligibility and reliability Support with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Assists with property inspections, ensuring units meet required standards and conditions
Qualifications: Experience in this industry required (property management and/or real estate) Strong computer knowledge - Google Suite, inner-office software and the ability to adapt to new software Possess a broad array of strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Driver’s license and clean driving record   Ability to pass a background screening Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
