Property Manager – Gateway Village (Capitol Heights, MD)
Join National Church Residences as a Property Manager at our affordable housing community in Gateway Village. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations, oversee staff, and foster a strong resident community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Lead leasing activities to maintain high occupancy.

Build positive resident relations and coordinate maintenance.

Supervise and support on-site staff.

Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to affordable housing guidelines.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of property management experience (affordable housing preferred).

Bachelor’s degree and certifications (CPM, ARM) preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
