About the Role:

Estate Maintenance & Contractor Management – Coordinate with contractors for cleaning, landscaping, cyclical projects, and defect rectifications.Inspection & Compliance – Conduct ground inspections, issue work orders, and ensure rectifications are completed before processing payments.Resident Engagement – Manage resident feedback, provide call-back services, and address maintenance concerns.Community & Stakeholder Engagement – Work with grassroots leaders, assist in organizing activities, and attend MP house visits and community meetings.Emergency & Special Assignments – Handle urgent cases, cross-audit estate inspections, and take on special duties as assigned.

About You:

Min Higher / Nitec with 1 -2 years relevant experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenanceGood communication skills, both written and spokenTeam player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
