Property Team Assistant

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to provide essential support to our high volume, high achieving City Office Agency Leasing and Occupier teams.

The role will give you the opportunity to gain some valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry and gain the necessary exposure to understand if this is the right career path for you.

Key Responsibilities

Document Preparation: 

Format pitch documents and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPlot building locations on Google Maps and present findings in documents 

Surveyor Support: 

Assist surveyors with daily property-associated tasks

Attend building launches as needed to provide support

Help obtain comparable evidence for property valuations 

Market Research and Updates: 

Update the development pipeline and identify future opportunities

Provide the team with regular market updates and research findings 

Data Management: 

Maintain and update internal databases

Keep the team's social media pages current and engaging 

Event Coordination: 

Assist in organizing client events 

Administrative Support: 

Perform various administrative duties as required by the property team 

Qualifications and Skills

Strong interest in commercial property

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts

Adaptability and willingness to learn
