Property Valuer
Marsh is seeking a talented Property Valuer to join our dynamic team in the Brisbane office. As part of Marsh Valuation Services, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations for property assets across the Pacific Region. We will count on you to:
Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various property types for different purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Travel intrastate nationally for key client commitments as needed.
Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, providing expert advice on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.
Lead small, complex, and unique projects while collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to have:
AAPI with CPV qualification.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing property valuations.
Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly regarded.
Strong business development skills with a growth-focused mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A logical and analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
