The Proposal Coordinator position provides support in the development of statement of qualifications. The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines as well as communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees and external clients. Experience in desktop publishing, SOQ preparation, word processing, and database management are essential.
Responsibilities Coordinate data compilation, editing, scheduling, document layout, QA/QC process with marketing team and technical staff to develop highly competitive, compliant SOQ documentsFacilitate proposal milestone meetingsHelp maintain project database for use in proposal preparation and reports for managementManage and prioritize workload to meet deadlinesAssist with research and gathering data from management team and technical staff#LI-SE1
Qualifications Three years’ experience in similar role highly preferred, ideally in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction IndustryBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related fieldProficient in the use of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS PowerPoint Strong work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, and organizedProven ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a teamDependable and reliableExceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience in managing multiple, high priority tasks under strict deadlinesGraphic design experience a plusExperience with Deltek Vision a plusAvailable to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and overtime as neededAll qualified applicants for Pape-Dawson Engineers will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
