With our extensive experience in road management and infrastructure development, we can support you by providing Geo-data analysis, surveying and pavement evaluation, equipment and software, plus design engineering and consultancy.
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all administrative/business processes and procedures in the Newport Beach, CA office. This individual must be able to interface with other parts of the organization on behalf of this office and the personnel.
Fugro will not provide relocation for this job opportunity.
Base Salary Range - $80,000 – 150,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.Compile, assemble, edit, and proofread reports and proposals for clarity, punctuation, grammar, structure, and contentAssist in the development of proposals, project documents, and reportsStandardize proposals, project plans, and reports, maintain publishing document templates that adhere to corporate guidelinesDraft and refine statements of qualifications, proposals, staff resumes, past project sheets, client presentations, brochures, technical articles, and press releases; ensuring they adhere to corporate guidelines and formattingReview and enhance graphics and visual representations in technical proposals, project reports, etc.Assist in the search of RFQ/RFP and other opportunitiesCoordinate client feedback program, events, trade shows, conferences, etc.Handle incoming calls and communications in a pleasant and professional mannerManage filing system, update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing filesCreate and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of informationPerform other office duties as assignedJob Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States, without restrictions. Basic experience within proposal coordinating, with specific knowledge/exposure to the proposal process, writing, editing and execution, preferably in a Southern California AEC firmBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing or related field is preferredThorough knowledge with MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Professional is requiredExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred: SalesForce, Atlassian, Avalon, etc.Must have excellent and effective oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMust be able to pay close attention to detailMust be able to work independently without supervision as well as within a teamPossess valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle recordWhat’s in it for you?
