In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales professionals from different countries along Latin America and learn from the best proposals consultant the art of Automation Process for several types of industry. You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations Tier 2+ and/or to senior personnel on proposals of high scope and complexity >Tier 3+ from one BU, with minimum supervision. Collaborating with the sales team to determine customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Aid the commercial proposal strategy that mitigates project commercial risk exposure and best positions the execution team to allow scope and profitability growth. Elaboration of Bill of materials, Enterprise Estimating Tool (EET) reports, pricing, contractual terms, writing and assembling the proposal text. Redefine the Interaction with Internal Proposal Teams in Latinamerica, Sales Leads, Emerson Impact Partners (Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Logistics and 3rd party solutions, with Supervision). Complete proposal process and documentation procedures as: Ensure the accurate and updated information in the official tools for proposal development (EET, CRM, Clarity and HCM). Providing technical support to the sales team and ensuring flawless execution of projects including clarifications, assumptions, exclusions and ensures the information contained within is accurately presented in the proposal narrative to successfully bound scope and supply requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years previous proposal/engineering experience. English B2, Portuguese is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI will be a plus).   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Strong ambiguity management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The ability to prioritize effectively.
