Opportunity: Proposal Head- EPM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle the bidding process, internal sales activities, and lead a team of experienced resourcesCollaborate closely with the Design, Engineering, and Commercial teams to determine project requirementsSuccessfully implement proposals by ensuring flawless understanding of financial aspects of large projectsMaintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and sub-vendors to enable effective proposals

Job Requirements:

Engineering graduate with a BE/B.Tech degree, preferably in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringMinimum 16 years of experience in handling bidding process and leading a teamProven multifaceted problem-solving abilityThorough understanding of financials of large projectsWell-versed with market developments and ability to maintain and develop relationships with vendors and sub-vendorsExcellent communication and leadership skills
