Role OverviewAs a Proposal Manager you will play a pivotalrole in our success by leading and managing the proposal developmentprocess for federal projects. You will leverage your expertise in federalproposal writing, APMP and Shipley methodologies, and a proven trackrecord in creating winning proposals.ResponsibilitiesFederal Proposal Expertise: Demonstrate 8-10+ years ofexperience managing proposals for federal projects, ensuringcompliance and high-quality submissions.Lead Proposal Development: Guide and lead the team throughall volumes of proposal submission documents.Facilitate Team Participation: Engage technical and broaderteams early on to craftdifferentiated solutions and enhanceproposal content.Review and Improve Proposals: Validate compliance matrices,conduct reviews, offer concrete recommendations forenhancements, and ensure better presentation of graphics.Develop Writing Templates: Create templates with placeholdersfor graphics, focus boxes, and strengths aligned with proposalsections, ensuring cohesive themes.Mentorship and Training: Lead by example, train teams in APMPmethods, and support the development of winning proposalstrategies.Deadline Management: Thrive in deadline-driven environments,prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.Articulate Writing: Showcase articulate written communicationskills to convey complex ideas effectively.Materials Repository: Develop and manage a repository forreusable proposal materials to streamline future proposalefforts. Qualifications  APMP TrainedShipley TrainedProven track record of winning proposals within the last 5 yearsStrong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspireteamsExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in creating engaging and persuasive written content
