Kforce has a client that is seeking a Proposal Manager in Plano, TX. Key Tasks: * Proposal Manager will support global sales teams with Request for Information RFI processes (review, response preparation, approval monitoring and final submissions) * Review and analyze RFI documents for understanding of bid response, requirements, and terms and conditions * Lead proposal meetings and kick-off calls to establish strategy, timelines and deliverables plan * Craft core RFI response content by leveraging proposal content database (Qvidian) * Build RFI response drafts according to customer requirements in each request and in alignment with company established style guidelines and messaging * Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from internal teams to assist with providing timely and accurate information to current or prospective clients * Navigate several layers of reviews, adhering to tight deadlines and staying engaged throughout the process * Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain relevant, accurate information to be used in the creation of RFI responses * Contribute to ongoing effort of creating best practice information on improved proposal cycle processes * Provide informal training and ongoing support of proposal content database (Qvidian) to users requesting access * Contribute proactively to team workload * Other job duties and responsibilities to be assigned from time to time
